Innovation in learning must be able to adapt to the course content and to the individual profile of each learner 

Although the university is, par excellence, a place where teaching and research content is created, it is without a doubt the methodological and teaching approaches on offer which ensure the acquisition and development of skills and knowledge: interaction, collaboration, customisation, digitalisation, workplace training, work-study programmes, etc. Innovation in education must be able to adapt to the course content and to the individual profile of each learner.

This is the goal that the Department of Continuing Education and Work-Study Programmes and the Department of Innovation in Teaching have set themselves for this week of testimonials, discussions and visits, to improve understanding and develop together.

A week interspersed with different events:

• to raise awareness of measures taken within the university and by its partners
• to discuss practices among teaching staff, students and socio-economic actors 
• to identify and seize new opportunities offered by the “Avenir Professionnel” law, in order to foster innovation and find meaning for the common good.  

During the week and throughout the year, proactive approaches to innovation in education will be implemented not only with the aim of acquiring new knowledge but, first and foremost, to be able to adapt to the needs of a constantly evolving socio-economic world.
