FORMASUP

FORMASUP is a major actor in work-study programmes. It aims to promote and develop apprenticeships within higher education.

Its objectives:

• to broaden access to higher education,
• to improve the professional skills of young graduates,
• to help young people access the labour market and improve their mobility,
• to respond to needs in terms of employment and skills training, etc.
  

Moreover, since 2007 and in partnership with the Regional Council, FORMASUP has organised an annual project on creating and buying businesses and intrapreneurship: “CREA’SUP”. This competition is designed to promote entrepreneurship among apprentices in higher education , and to raise awareness of the personalised support available for entrepreneurial projects.

As well as its entrepreneurship activities, each year FORMASUP organises the “CAPP'SUP”.
This professional skills training conference is a chance to bring together many diverse actors from the world of business, academia, and public institutions.

More specifically, this meeting is centred around three objectives:

• Improving joined-up working between academia and business,
•  Detecting potential professional skills training developments within higher education in response to the needs expressed,
•  Stimulating a real joint creation of such training programmes.
